Eng. Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Ismail received a B.Sc. in Engineering from Alexandria University in 2005, and a Master's degree from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology in 2021. He began his career in the sector as an engineer at the Natural Gas Projects Company (Egypt Gas) in 2006, and held several positions until he became Assistant General Manager for Projects at the Modern Natural Gas Company (Modern Gas) in 2020. He then held the position of General Manager for the 10th of Ramadan and Qantara West areas in 2022. Afterwards, he assumed the position of Assistant to the Vice Chairman for Planning and Projects at the Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding Company (ECHEM) in 2024, and then Vice Chairman of the Natural Gas Projects Company (Egypt Gas).

He played a pivotal role in engineering and managing cost recovery mechanisms, drafting joint operating agreements, and settling government dues, based on precise economic analyses aimed at maximizing investment returns and ensuring the company's financial efficiency.
